Anything from small garden offices/other  to larger industrial, commercial or agricultural buidlings can be ordered.

Yes – You can order as a steel frame kit on its own without any roofing or cladding materials.

Each building can be designed to suit its purpose. From simple non insulated buildings, to fully insulated structures.

Just let us know how you plan to use the building for & we will make sure your kit building meets the requirements.

Buildings are fixed to the ground with anchor bolts, suitable concrete bases/foundations are required.

We do not provide any foundation services, this needs completing by others prior to a buildings arrival on site when installation is part of the sale.

Buildings can be supplied with steel floor framework & will need flat ground on which to site them.

Yes – Simply purchase additional bays to add to the existing structure.

The expected lifespan of the buildings we supply are in excess of 50 years & are guaranteed for 20 years.

After an order has been confirmed, we aim to have your new kit building on site, in 2-5weeks ( Frame Only )

3-6 weeks for a frame and roofing/cladding package.

Buildings are delivered as component parts for customers or assigned workers to assemble.

Suitable space must be made available before buildings arrive on site.

Let us know if you require installation services for your kit building & we will check availability.

All buildings require a 50% deposit upon ordering & 50% 3 weeks prior to the building being delivered.

If a building is being supplied and built the payment terms are 50% deposit, 30% 3 weeks prior to delivery & 20% upon completion.

Z-Structure

A Z-structure is composed of Z-profiles.

 

This profile has both a narrow and a wide flange.
Perforated, in the narrow flange, is a small, identifying hole.

This hole has no relevance during the assembling.
In the normal loading case, the type of profile to choose is principally influenced by the width of the building:

 

1/ width up to 10m: Σ-profiles
2/ width 10m and more: Z-profiles of 300mm

The column profiles and the roof beams are composed of double-mounted profiles.

I column, II beam

Single-mounted profiles are used to make the roof- and wall purlin and the gables.

Construction Sequence For Z Structures

01. Feet

Fasten the feet [ 1 za ] To the foundation with anchoring bolts.

02. Columns

Assemble the columns [ I ] and install them onto the feet [ 1 ZA ]

03. Wall Purlins

Fit the wall purlins [ III ] In between the columns [ I ]

04. Beams

Assemble the beams [ II ] Attach the beams [ II ] To the columns [ I ]

05. Tie Rods

Fasten the tie rods [ IV ] to the middle beams [ II ]

06. Roof Purlins

Fit the roof purlins [ V ] In between the beams [ II ]

07. Diagonal Bracings

Attach the diagonal wind braces [ VI ] to the columns and beams

08. Vertical Gable

Attach the vertical profiles of the gable [ VII ]

09. Horizontal Gable

Attach the horizontal profiles of the gable [ VIII ]

10. Roofing & Cladding

Install a range of roof and wall panel products.

 

Σ-Structure

A Σ-structure is built with cold-rolled sections.

In the normal loading case, the type of profile to choose is principally influenced by the width of the building:

 

1/ width up to 10m: Σ-profiles
2/ width 10m and more: Z-profiles of 300mm
